Due to the epidemic situation across the world, it is impossible for our customers to fly to China directly, visiting the factories and product lines, discussing about the details and price. Today, on March 9th we received an online meeting invitation from one of our potential customers, to visit the production lines remotely.
One hour meeting online via cell phone, we took the customer around the three production lines in CareBios, including the Deep Freezer Production Workshop, the Sheet-Metal Production Workshop and the Pharmacy Refrigerator Workshop. We went almost every corner and areas in the workshop, showing how CareBiosers work, answering their questions and going to the details in the production lines.
We got very positive feedback from the customer and earn their trust through this way. Under such serious situation we appreciated all the valuable feedback and trust to CareBios. Hope we will conquer the virus very soon, and face-to-face meet with our customers!
